My name is Richard Langhorne and I'm a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers . I hold a Bachelor degree in Social Work from the University of Manitoba and a Master degree in Social Work from the University of Toronto. For the past 15 years I have been providing therapy to children, youth, and adults impacted by a variety of social, emotional and psychological difficulties.
I work from a strengths based, client-centered approach, often utilizing such models as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Approaches.
