That is a pretty sweet deal you've got going for yourself there; book a portrait session for a couple hundred dollars (or more), arrange for a photographer to shoot the session for you for free, get the print order from that photographer who has done all of the post-production work - for free, throw them a token commission and make still more money on the prints when you deliver them to the client.

They're looking for PAYING work. They do the WORK, they get PAID. In this instance, the WORK is the shooting and editing of the take.
