This vinyl has small holes (perforated vinyl). It works as a tinted (shaded) glass: you can see thru it when you are inside a vehicle; when you are outside of your vehicle, you can't see what's inside your vehicle; you can see only a picture applied to a vehicle widow.
This perforated vinyl has an adhesive bottom layer and should be applied on the outside window surface because it's impossible to print on adhesive vinyl side.
This perforated vinyl is washable and doesn't fade if you don't use acetone based solutions to wash it (Windex or other solvent-based glass cleaners).
Perforated vinyl could be covered by clear vinyl layer (laminate) to prevent print from wash out by aggressive liquids. It'll increase the price +$2.00/1sq.ft for laminate and +$2.00/1sq.ft for installation because the installation of laminated vinyl is more complicated than installation of just a perforated vinyl. Besides it's possible to apply laminated vinyl only to a flat surface (no curves) otherwise there will be wrinkles on glass curves because laminate doesn't stretch.
It's not complicated to remove perforated vinyl sign when you don't need it any more. You won't be able to use this perforated vinyl piece once again because the vinyl will be damaged.
