Researchers at RYERSON UNIVERSITY are currently seeking people with SOCIAL ANXIETY
to participate in a treatment study at the Department of Psychology Research and Training Centre
DO YOU EXPERIENCE...
~ Excessive self-consciousness and anxiety in everyday social situations?
~ Do you fear being judged by others?
~ Do you worry that you'll say or do something embarrassing in front of others?
~ Do you avoid social situations?
If you are between 18 and 65 years of age, are FLUENT in English, and suffer from Social Anxiety, you
may qualify for this study.
The purpose of this research is to investigate
COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY and MINDFULNESS and ACCEPTANCE-BASED THERAPY
for the treatment of Social Anxiety Disorder.
