The SanLyn Wellness Centre is located on Eglinton Avenue West in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The Centre follows a Clinical and Enhanced Complementary Alternative Approach to their therapeutic work. The setting offers a warm, peaceful, humble and welcoming space to allow the client to feel safe and secure.

The Team

Lynton Friedman -- (B.A, R.I.H.R., B.C.Ht, C.H.R.M.)

Lynton has a B.A. in Psychology and a Specialized Diploma in Human Resources Management. He is a Canadian Registered Psychotherapist with a designation of R.I.H.R., (Registered in Human Relations) by the Canadian Examining Board of Healthcare Practitioners.

He is one of seven professionals to be Board Certified in Canada for Hypnosis by the National Guild of Hypnotists. This is an organization that has almost 8000 members and is committed to the promotion and protection of the art, science and philosophy of Hypnotism.

Lynton has had extensive training with Hypnosis/ Psychotherapy working with a Toronto based Psychiatrist. Through his experience he has gained further insight into the human psyche and many techniques for rapid healing of emotional, physical and spiritual issues. He is an effective communicator and brings with him a compassionate approach to his work.


Sandra Levy -- (B.A, R.I.H.R., B.C.Ht., N.L.P.)

Sandra has a B.A. in Economics. She is a Registered Psychotherapist with the designation of R.I.H.R. by the Canadian Examining Board of Healthcare Practitioners. This is an organization that oversees the ethics, conducts and practices for many of the Complementary Medicine Health Care Programs in Canada.

Sandra is certified to work with children under the age of eighteen using Hypnosis. She is one of seven professionals to be Board Certified for Hypnosis in Canada by the National Guild of Hypnotists. She has a certification in Neuro-Linguistical Programming (N.L.P), a technique to rapidly alter behaviour patterns.

Sandra has trained and worked with a Toronto based Psychiatrist. Through her experiences she has developed an improved understanding of the mind-body connection to which she applies a soul-full approach.

She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.

Past Life Therapy was popularized by Dr. Brian Weiss, a prominent Psychiatrist in the United States. It is a process of learning how events from another time are interconnected to your present life situations through Hypnotherapy which allows a relaxed state of mind, body and spirit to be accessed in an altered state of consciousness.

Past Life Therapy helps to eliminate and let go of obstacles that are blocking the growth of an individual, whether it is through relationships, career, phobias and addictions. By connecting the past experiences to the present time, a link is formed and the missing pieces of the puzzle can be found that allows the individual to fill unanswered question about how and why it is.
