We are looking for someone who is EXPERIENCED dealing with the teen models and actors group as it appeals to television. If selected, your responsibilities will include dealing with making sure teen models/actors know what they have to face in their climb towards recognition.

YOUR JOB IS TO HELP CAST 18 TEENS PER EPISODE OF THE SHOW!

We prefer someone who has an agency background and is capable of presenting as well as closing casting deals with that age bracket. We are looking to secure 10 groups of 18 teens to be cast on a new reality show. As our representative, you will need to discuss the opportunity with parents, describe the on-camera activities likely to take place and explain the concept of licensing to all parties involved.

Your work is divided into 2 parts.

PART ONE makes you highly active in teen chatrooms, blogs and social networking sites. You will spread the word of the show and more specifically the STAR TEEN PREVIEW part of the episode.

PART TWO is the casting audition process which takes place in various boardrooms in the city as we recruit the 18 teen cast members making the "prelude" of each episode!
