Primary Responsibilities
· Lead, manage, inspire and motivate the team of personal trainers.
· Communicate with potential clients. Sell services and packages.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Physiology or Exercise Science is required. Master's degree in exercise physiology preferred (or equivalent knowledge and education).
· Two or three nationally accredited fitness certifications required.
· Current CPR, AED and First Aid.
· Minimum of three years of experience as a personal trainer required.
· Minimum of two years of experience at a fitness facility required.
· Minimum of two years of supervisory experience required.
· Must have experience in sales, performance management and staff motivation.
Compensation:
