Description:
We are looking for a Sales Rep who has what it takes to be able to communicate our services to book bands into live shows. The ideal candidate can generate leads, convert the sale and meet regular sales targets. Both new client acquisition and up selling existing clients is an integral part of the sales process.

The job is very demanding, deadline oriented and easy to measure effectiveness. Ideal candidates flourish in this environment will find this job rewarding and can expect rapid growth internally whereas non-ideal candidates will find this job stressful and unfulfilling.

The candidate must be able to work flexible hours, which includes evenings and weekends (this is not a typical “9-to-5” job).

Experience in some of the following areas is required:
• Telesales experience (B2B, B2C)
• Talent booking experience
• Venue / Festival booking or management experience
• Infield/experiential marketing
• Small business management experience

• Strong organizational skills
• Motivated by meeting sales targets
• Strong reporting and analysis skills
• Self-directed, self-motivated and proactive problem solver
• Ability to act quickly and decisively under stressful situations when needed
• Ability to take control of a situation, make recommendations, and implement

• Understanding of the concert industry and our company’s place within that industry
• Professional demeanor, self-confidence, commands respect
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
