Our Sales Brokers handle customer inquiries and provides insurance coverage for personal lines products. This involves identifying and fulfilling clients’ needs, closing and documenting sales, and ensuring adherence to guidelines and procedures. Brokers must meet personal sales and other performance targets.
Requirements:
•University degree or equivalent
•Professional / consultative selling skills a must
•Retail or call centre experience an asset
•Be backed by a proven sales record with the ability to meet targets and work under pressure
•Good time management skills including ability to multi-task and detail oriented
•Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
•Some flexibility to work shifts on weekdays preferred
