Senior Account Executive – Print Sales

Position Overview

Our sales team is growing again and we are looking to add an energetic and motivated sales professional who is ready to take their career to the next level. We have unlimited opportunities to help you succeed through an extensive product line and quick turnaround on delivery to your clients.

Compensation

• At Copywell we have a great team atmosphere and encourage a work hard/play hard attitude.
• Flexible compensation packages include base salary, draw, commissions, bonuses and incentive plans.
• On target salaries for first year are $70,000 - $100,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing and selling corporate Print and Graphic Solutions and related services to unlimited market segments.
• Building on your existing account base as well as adding new clients through cold calling and sourcing to targeted customers within a specified territory.
• Meeting customers both on and off site to present product and service offerings as well as manage the full sales cycle.
• Creating and implementing CRM initiatives as well as conducting all ‘after sales’ customer service surveys.
• Provide key account management and increase sales within key accounts as required
• Keep current of industry products and services and communicate to management
• Attend networking events/trade shows as required
• Report on competitive intelligence
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly sales activity reports as required by management

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of documented print sales success
• Experience with Pre Press, Design, Digital Print, Offset Printing, Direct Mailer Programs, Bindery or Finishing services and VDP Printing.

Requirements

• Post secondary education
• Valid Ontario driver’s license
