Qualifications:
• Very good to expert knowledge of current HP and IBM Server and Storage Platforms
• Expert knowledge of current Networking Technology
• Expert knowledge in Anti-Virus and Anti-Spam practices and applications
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience in Consulting practices
• Experience in VOIP
• Proven ability to analyze systems and application issues
• Proven ability to recommend changes and implement changes
• Ability to work independently and or with customers and other IT department staff
• Proven ability to provide accurate and complete documentation
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours to meet customer demands
• Ability to work on call when and if required
• Expert knowledge with Microsoft W2003 or higher Operating System
• Expert knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
• Exceptional English oral and written communication skills are a must
• Knowledge of Linux and Unix Platforms
• Attention to customer service and positive attitude
Educational and Work Experience Requirements:
Minimum College or University Diploma
Minimum 5 years of proven experience at this level working with Tier 1 products
Minimum 5+ years in the IT Industry
Mandatory Technical Certification of W2003 or higher
Priority consideration will be given to individuals who hold additional designations such as Cisco
