Yea seriously, my job right now does alot less than job description for close to $30/hr. Would love to see what sort of mess they'll get themselves into when hiring someone at $15/hr. Even people in India makes more than that.

I guess good for those consultants who would charge them $100/hr to fix the messes. :)
