And you want them to have Cisco exp, A university/community college degree. and Microsoft certifications or working towards. They can afford all of that gear (Cisco), the Licenses (presumably) for Microsoft products, yet...$15/hr?!?!?
I wouldn't *trust* anyone running my home network for $15/hr. let alone expect them to care for that amount of money.
Seriously Dude, maybe in China you could find someone with all of that for $15/hr.
