Significant experience with large projects involving the implementation of business change and new / enhanced systems, preferably with direct experience with electric utilities.

· Knowledge and experience with Advanced Meter Infrastructure (“AMI”) / Distribution automation and global grid modernization implementations.

· Systems and data integration experience specifically as it pertains to Distribution Management Systems (“DMS”), AMI, Outage Management System (“OMS”), Geographic Information System (“GIS”) and integration design leveraging enterprise-level Service Bus technologies.

· Familiarity with emerging utility technical standards.
