Must Have:

>4 years WebSphere Application Server V5,V6 admin
>4 years AIX admin
>2 years HACMP admin
>2 years P5,P6 hardware
>1 years linux admin
>Team Lead Experience


Nice to Have:

WebSphere MQ v5,V6

DB2
SAN Switch and IBM Storage systems
