We provide IT Support services to small businesses in the GTA. We are looking for a technical leader with superior technical skills to manage our 6 person I.T. support team and helpdesk.
The primary responsibilities of this position are:
• Manage our Engineering Group and Helpdesk.
• Define and implement technical standards across our client base.
• Act as technical escalation point for all engineers.
• Manage and deliver significant client projects.
