Dynamics GP Consultant - HR/Payroll
Our client is a leading international provider of Microsoft Business Solutions and Consulting Services. On their behalf, we are seeking an experienced individual to join their growing consulting practice focusing on Microsoft Dynamics GP HR Management and Payroll solutions.
This is a customer facing, consulting role - you will have the opportunity to work closely with leading local and international clients ranging in size from small business to Fortune 500 companies.
Roles and Responsibilities will include:
Implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains software with a focus on HR Management and Payroll.
Analyze and develop recommendations to meet deliverable targets and complete project tasks within budget and to clients' satisfaction.
Build positive client relationships while developing an understanding of customers' businesses;
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP solutions
Proven experience implementing and supporting the Payroll/HR modules of Dynamics GP
A post secondary education
A general understanding of financial and accounting functions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The successful candidate will enjoy the opportunity to live and work in a subtropical paradise while earning a competitive and nearly tax-free (only 4.75% payroll tax!) compensation package paid in USD equivalent! Relocation assistance, temporary housing and health benefits are also offered.
Initial term is 2-3+ years and is renewable (subject to immigration/work permit approval). Due to the international move required, our client is seeking highly portable candidates who are adaptable to new living environments such as Bermuda.
