I am looking for a roommate to share my house with my dog and cat and for two weeks a month my two teenage daughters. I have a large bright private room available in a tall narrow house. I am looking for more than a tenant. I would like someone who would like to share meals, share chores and enjoy the occasional move together.

I am recently separated 51 year old, business owner. I am a father, an employer and a good neighbor. I am a good cook and love to talk about books, movies and the news. CBC Radio is on almost all the time.

You could be anyone who would fit into the house. You must be respectful of my daughter's space, be good with the pets and be sociable. I don't smoke and don't really want someone who does to be in the house as the smell lingers.

The house has 1.5 bathrooms, gas stove big kitchen, laundry, wireless internet, there is parking and a long narrow garden. There is some furniture in the room but you will need a bed. TTC is a two minute walk away, as are stores, restaurants, and a very good coffee shop.

I know this is a strange ad - but I thought it would be worth asking for what I really want.
