An attached house on Augusta Ave. As a group, we occupy the main, 2nd and 3rd floor. Very close to Spadina and Queen. Here's a link to google maps:

The house is pretty newly renovated inside. The kitchen has very new appliances - fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer (yes, onsite and not shared)... The cupboards are custom designed. The islands/countertops are custom shaped. The kitchen and living room -actually everything is hardwood.
The main bathroom on the second floor is pretty sweet. There is new bamboo hardwood floors in there, with a step up to a jellybean shaped bathtub that connects to a large shower.
The room available is on the 3rd floor. It has a hardwood floor, high ceiling, lots of lights and windows, a skylight and is semi furnished.
The People:
One of our roommates is moving out to pursue a job in a different province, so we have one sweet room freed up - for YOU! The room will be available for Dec 1st. Also, rent is $700 All Inclusive (includes heat/hydro/internet, not phone). Of the people left, there are 4 of us. 2 guy, 2 girls. We're all friends.. and we're pretty chill. We are in our mid-20's. "Young Professionals" so to speak.
