I am looking for either a single working professional or a couple to take over my part of lease (the masterbedroom and the living room) from now until August next year. The masterbedroom fits a queen size bed and other bedroom furnitures. It has a very large closet. The living room is a very large size as well. Hard to find in the downtown area. The place is very nice and newly renovated. All appliances are extremely new. There are two large balconies in this unit. It is on the ninth floor facing NE with a nice view of the city.
There is a U of T male student currenlty living in the den and he is graduating. He rarely comes home, only once a week and stays for a very short time as well.
I understand that it could be difficult for a couple to live in a unit with someone else even though this person rarely comes home; therefore, the price is negotiable.
