Apartment: Large kitchen, no common room but kitchen is nice for hanging out, one bathroom with two mirrors, 4 female roommates (student and working professionals with good schedules), one friendly dog that is usually in my roommates room, quiet 2nd and 3rd floor of a house, good for studying.
Location!! RIght in the heart of Little Italy, metro shoppers drugmart across the street, 7 minute walk to Christie station, college street car is seconds away, nice fruit market around the corner, Royal theatre and Mod club 5 minute walk. Kensington Market 10 minute walk. UfT/Ryerson 15 minute bike ride.
Rent: 475 + Internet 25 a month. Great price and great location.
