large furnished bedroom with walkin closet
a second room which can be used as a small tv room and has a closet
2 piece bathroom
both bedrooms and hallway are carpeted
I have other bathroom with shower which can be used
full use of laundry facilities
use of kitchen
non smoker

I would prefer a mature person either male or female
