My super great roommates/friends are looking to replace me. I’m leaving because school is intense and I need to create my own space. One roommate is a male outdoor nature enthusiast who has started and is building a non-profit, and the other is a multi-lingual female who likes to travel and is a masters’ student.

Kitchen, living room, office/study, and mudroom for bikes makes up the main floor. 3 bedrooms and a 4-piece bathroom on the top floor and the basement has a toilet/shower, washer, and dryer. Great backyard for gardening! Street parking is available and the driveway is shared with the neighbours. Rent is $700, shared wireless Internet and utilities are not included.

Close to Sunnyside Beach and Lake Ontario, Roncesvalles shoping area, and a stone’s throw from High Park. The house is a 3 min. walk to the Queen streetcar, 10 min. walk to the King streetcar, and Bus 80 to Keele Station comes behind the house every 30 mins.

Move in date is set for Jan. 1/10.
