The apartment is situated near downtown Toronto and along the university line. The apartment is spacious. Neighborhood is quiet, secured and surrounded by well kept homes. Very relaxing place to live.

** Walking distance to No-Frills, TD Bank, grocery stores, liquor store, restaurants and other thrift stores.
** Taking a bus is door step away and takes about 7 minutes bus ride to St. Clair W subway, Ossington subway and Loblaws.
** Suitable for clean, positive person ages 25+.
Long and Short term is allowed. First and Last Month is required. You must provide 2 references. No pets allowed. No room for boyfriend to sleep-over and hang around – sorry. However, you’re welcome to entertain friends within reasonable time.
