I've got 2 bedrooms available in a 3 bedroom furnished basement flat. The other bedroom is rented by a Masters U. of T. student. Under 30 minutes to U. of T. Walk to groceries, drugstore, Walmart, pubs, gyms. 24-hour bus one block away. Looking for respectful, clean, mature people to share. The rent for each room is $480 (1st and last required) and it includes the following:

- Bedrooms are furnished (bed, dresser, desk, chairs)

- Kitchen is fully supplied (microwave, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc). Includes a large pay washer and dryer.

- Living space is furnished (tv included, wireless/wired internet included, couches, vacuum, cleaning supplies etc).

- Dining table / chairs furnished

- Washroom has shelving so each renter has a large storage place.
