Duties & Responsibilities
• Reports to and directed by the Store Manager and Assistant Manager
• Responsible for being punctual and working on average anywhere between 20-40 hours weekly (hours may vary based on business needs and activity)
• Generate sales and exceed the applicable sales per hour standard
• Embody fiveoseven’s family values, love for fashion, fun and life
• Identify the needs of our customers and exceed expectations all of the time
• Execute fiveoseven’s staff responsibilities and guidelines
• Utilize our internal systems to ensure our customer is our number one priority
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and fashion awareness
• Maintain accuracy in point-of-sale transactions as well as inventory management
• Knowledgeable and executing fiveoseven’s safety and security policies
• Maintain accuracy in inventory control
• Merchandise: unpacking, counting inventory, security tagging garments, steaming, hanging, folding and restocking items on the sales floor in accordance to fiveoseven’s standards
• Maintain high levels of store maintenance and all other facilities to ensure our customers enjoy a relaxed and comfortable shopping experience...this includes: sweeping, mopping, dusting all counters and mirrors (daily)
• Update and maintain “Store Book”
• Maintain a professional appearance, demeanour and positive attitude at all times
• On occasion under the Store Managers discretion may need to open/close the store
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated
• Self starter, trustworthy and dedicated to the brand
• 1 year previous retail experience an asset
• High school diploma preferred
