Experience & skills:
• 3 – 5 years of clothing retail management experience that includes sales & staff management and store operations.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Genuine love of people and excellent team builder
• Natural ability to lead by example in sales and all other aspects of store operations
• A love of fashion with your own personal style
• Strong customer service skills with experience in “relationship-based selling”
• Sales focused and driven to exceed established targets
• Superior time management, prioritization and organization skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and “get the job done”
