i know this guy:
he's a CIA guy.

because he was in my room.

1 of the undercover cops keeping an eye on me
like 2smoke,drink beer, feed the mice+sometimes
pee on the floor.

this CIA guy told him he was NOT! 2smoke in the room,
but he'd SMOKE HIS CRACK before going 2bed: that was OK. (ha! ha!)

another undercover cop was more discreet,
he smoke his crack around 2:30a.m.+lit up the room when he lighted
his crack pipe that r given out 4FREE by Toronto Health Services vans
that cater 2street people.

i hang out at the Reference Library+i'd catch him watching me -
NOT! far away.

i take a short cut behind College Park on my way 2Seaton House,
coming from College+he'd b on a bench on my short cut route reading
thr in the park behind College Park.

he even once kicked the door of my wooden locker repeatedly
calling me a mental case.

+he's an American with DUAL CITIZENSHIP used 2BIG $$$.

he talks to the Hells Angels on the 4th Floor.

at meal time
he tells the kitchen staff behind the counter
that he wants extra this+or that because he's IMPORTANT, he's CIA.

how did this guy get 2b a roommate of mine
with the other undercover cops?

+he's NOT the 1st CIA guy,
but 1 of several i've had in my room.

how do i know - 4sure?

U have 2ask a lot of questions 2make sure:
he has 2b an American, smart, well-travelled, know "sensitive" topics, etc.

PLUS! i was involved in intelligence business in Ottawa as a FREE! (volunteer) agent
going back 2the Cold War days.

of ALL! the newspaper said ARAFAT IS THE PROBLEM: they had menacing pictures of

in the early '80s i took the introductory+intermediate Arabic language course at UofO
earning an "A" grade in both courses+was involved with the Muslim students at UofO:
got 2go 2the main mosque which i enjoyed very much, attended Friday prayers on campus,
was even invited 2a student wedding at the main mosque in Ottawa along with other
Muslim student from outside of Ottawa.

btw, both of my UofO profs approached me+asked me 2get involved in Middle Eastern
Affairs: it was them who asked+no one else+was able 2do my little bit 2help end the
Lebanese war in March 1988 given my previous intelligence experience+my contact
with the Muslim community.

sooo... when UofO inaugurated thr BA Arabic Studies program in February 06, i was
an "honoured" guest+ALL! the Arab/Muslim ambassadors were happy 2see me thr
along with the Arabic professorial staff.

i still try 2improve my Arabic - whenever i can.

anyway,
over the years i learned 1st hand
HOW USELESS our intelligence services were
from my perspective+how DOPEY! the CIA *really* was.

interestingly, the RCMP approached the Arabic-speaking community
in the early 1970s in order 2set up a Middle East intelligence network,
AFTER EXTENSIVE DISCUSSION the community came 2the conclusion
that THE RCMP WERE **DANGEROUSLY** STUPID+that they'd b putting
thr life needlessly in danger.

what has changed?

NOTHING - in my view.

that assessment STILL HOLDS TRUE.

the Mahar Arar case was AMPLE PROOF of that.

the CIA+RCMP have FOSSILIZED when others have moved on+IMPROVED!
most notably THE CHINESE.

2understand what Seaton House is about
it's important 2know that like ALL! shelters in Canada
it's run by the Police: thr's cops on the staff+undercover cops on the 4th Floor
from what i can tell.

thr r the CIA guys on staff+on the 4th Floor.

Hells Angels on 4th Floor staff+on the floor.

thr's CSIS+RCMP undercover guys: 100% USELESS!!!

thr r the DRUG MULES who distribute the CRACK around town.

finally, thr r the homeless who require - in quite a few cases -
light medical attention: thr r nurses on staff during the day 2distribute
medication: sleeping pills+psychiatric medication.

but WHO'S THE BOSS?
the CIA guys.

thr's a Chinese Toronto undercover cop+Chinese Gov't agent
- a former Seaton House resident - who comes in 2eat now+then.

when asked WHO! says he can do that,
he gives a name of a CIA guy on staff.

he'd come+talk 2his Chinese drug mule.

+then, i saw a female Chinese Gov't agent on the corner of Jarvis+Gerrard
checking 2make sure this Chinese drug mule took the proper route.

btw, i dealt with Chinese Gov't agents when in Ottawa+even invited them
2my apartment.

i know basic Mandarin thanks 2my introductory Mandarin course at Ottawa U
in which i earned an "A" when the average mark was "C"+ i continue 2try+improve
my Mandarin whenever i can.

anyway...

with the É(eh)PC in power,
Americans with DUAL CITIZENSHIP will b FLAGGED 4interrogation
+cops will NOT! run shelters.
