is thr a CIA intelligence BUILD-up in Canada

it's safe to speculate that the USA was TOTALLY! behind the French
operation because a DISMANTLED CANADA has ALWAYS! been
in the interest in the USA.

it was observed by the professorial staff at UofO that
the US profs ALWAYS! operated hand-in-hand with Quebec separatists profs+French profs

PLUS! in the last referendum the US Ambassador was in his car on his way
to CONGRATULATE! the PQ win when by a few RABBIT in-the-hat-TRICKS pulled by
the Government (EXTRA POLLS, i suspect out of the blue) turned the referendum into a VERY! SLIM LOST.

so when President Clinton says he's HAPPY the Quebec didN'T divorcefrom Canada
upon receiving an honary doctorate one has to understand that's it's just YANKY TALK
