To the best of my knowledge there is no such recognizeable breed of 'teacup' cat(s).
There is the Singapura, which is similar in appearance to an Abyssinian, but remains fairly small.
There is also a breed known as the Munchkin, which is about the size of the average housecat, but has shorter legs giving it a form of dwarfism. Like short-legged dog breeds (Dachshund, Boodhound, etc.) these cats may experience spine and/or hip problems later in life.
Best to contact the Canadian Cat Association for breeders, breed profiles & other info before making your choice.
Personally, I prefer the larger breeds such as the Maine Coon for their intelligence & gentle dispositions.
