I need foster homes willing to provide care to mid size breed dogs.... Specifically HUSKIES.... These dogs have been removed from a puppy mill and have suffered terrible neglect... They would do best in a house, not an apartment as barking may be an issue.

Our rescue will be transporting the dogs and need foster homes set up to receive them. If we don't have qualified foster homes, to place the dogs in then we cannot take them. THE DOGS LEFT BEHIND WILL BE KILLED!

So far I've had several offers to help from people living in apartments or only willing to accept small breed dogs... Obviously this is not acceptable... I have had one wonderful lady indicate that in spite of personal difficult circumstances she would be willing to foster a dog. I told her people will soon be commenting on the feathers growing out of her back.... as she sprouts her "angel wings". LOL

I know there are equally wonderful people living within the wider GTA (ie. north to Orillia, west to Kitchener, east to Peterborough or Cobourg) who have the "heart" and the facilities (home with a backyard preferred) to help these dogs. All the vets costs will be covered. I do need a commitment to foster the dog until a permanent adoptive home can be found.

PS. The attached photo... shows you what the breed looks like... If I were to post the photos of the living skeltons, covered with flesh... it would break your heart.... but with your help we will cover the bones and return these dogs to the magnificient pets they were meant to be...
