Hey,

I'm looking for a solo (maybe duet) singer/songwriter that has a song or two ready to record as early as next week.

I'm 24, male, I play a bit of music myself, but I'd like to meet some musicians around the city, and gain some producing experience at this point.

At my apartment I've got the gear to get a great low-noise recording, and it's a comfortable space, not like a dorm or anything. There's a few guitars kicking around, basses, my gf has a keyboard, and just random shit like a melodica that I never play, tamborine, shaker eggs, etc. I can't really offer drums at this point, but if the recording really needs drums then I have a drummer friend that can help us out.

I guess the only catch is this, I have to like your stuff. I don't want to waste time recording someone's music that I'm impartial about. So if you have some recordings already, send them over. If you don't, just tell me who some of your influences are, what you play, and how confident you are with keeping time.
