We have a storage space available for backline and instruments. It is secure and carefully monitored by staff at on-site studio facility. Looking for a touring type act that needs approx. 60 sq ft with 15 feet of vertical space, with warehouse rack shelving in place. For security reasons we will need references from perspective renters. This is ground floor/flat push from the street, 24 hour access with parking, heated, several secure doors away from the street, under monitored alarm, with a washroom, wireless internet and a pro-rehearsal facility open for hourly and other business on-site. We are in the Dovercourt and Dupont area.
