Our continued growth, necessitates us looking for a capable part-time account coordinator to help with various areas of marketing, sales and general administration.
This is a part-time position of approx. 10 hours a week. Based on your abilities it may easily grow 20 to 30 hours.
You will be required during normal business hours with some flexibility: i.e. could be Mon & Thurs, Tue & Friday, 3 hrs a day: Tue, Wed, Thur, etc
As we are growing the exact requirements will change from week to week, but will generally include: database management, research, media dealings, project management, sales quotes/follow-up & dealing with suppliers and general admin.
Will also include telephone work to verify prospect lists, obtain media kits, deal with suppliers, etc. No telemarketing.
You will work from home on your own computer/home office.
But will be required to come to North York for meeting/briefings.
Ideal that you live in or very close to North York - Yonge and 401.

Must work well on your own with minimum supervision.
Must have EXCELLENT communications skills and be able to think on your feet.
Must be reliable and to follow directions and meet a dead line.
Must have a pleasant phone voice, suitable for customer service.
Must be able to represent the company in public if required and have an excellent fashion sense.
Must have a car.
Even better if you live North of the 401.
