I Love Rewards, one of Canada's Top Employers, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will craft the messaging and positioning for products. Attention to detail along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will own the feature promotion & adoption of our product across our customers, sales teams, and partners. You understand that a feature is only successful if people “get it", and use it. You will be an integral part of a small Product Management team that works very closely together to deliver the best customer experience possible.
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will manage:
• Sales enablement – You will communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the sales process
• Product launch – You will manage the launch of each monthly release including release notes, customer notifications, documentation & promotion of the release
• Market intelligence – You will be the expert on our customers’ buying criteria; be the expert on our competition and how to crush them
• Driving Feature Adoption- You will own feature adoption in our customer base, this includes ensuring they are educated about upcoming features and that we have high feature usage inside our customer base
• Customer Launch Communications- You will provide communication tools in the launch process to ensure that each customers’ launch is successful, working closely with the Program Launch Manager
As our Product Marketing Manager, you have:
• 3+ years of software product marketing experience, preferably in a SAAS environment
• Bachelor’s in business or marketing
• Pragmatic Marketing Training would be an asset
• Very strong written communication skills
• Excellent people skills to interact with cross functional team and customers
