Class is taught by Guro Ramon. Guro Ramon is authorized to teach the highly regarded and respected Filipino Martial Art of "Bakbakan Kali-Ilustrisimo" in Canada. He is a Director of Bakbakan International in Toronto, Canada (a brotherhood of highly dedicated and skilled martial artists Head Quartered in Manila, Philippines dedicated to the propagation and proliferation of the Filipino Martial Arts). With 25 years of experience in the Martial Arts, he was a former Weapon Instructor at Moni Aizik (Combat Krav Maga) gym in North Toronto, Impact Martial Arts.

Guro Ramon is also a martial arts journalist and researcher. Aside from these qualifications he is also well versed in empty hand self-defence having attained blackbelt rank in Okinawan Goju Ryu, Sifu ranking in the Northern style Praying Mantis Kung Fu. He has also studied other martial arts systems like Harimau (Tiger) Indonesian Pencak Silat, French Savate, Muay Thai, Filipino Boxing, Grappling, Tai Chi Chuan, and the Filipino Mixed Martial Art of YawYan-Sibukan.
