Terroni Adelaide(www.terroni.ca) is looking for an ON- Floor Sommelier with lots of ambition who can work a room and pair wine for our guests with ease, charm and grace.
You are required to have:
Knowledge of Italian wines, familiarity of inventory reports.
You are required to attend briefings, know how to pair wines on the floor daily & provide wine consultations to servers on the floor, co-ordinate wine cellars,
provide bottle presenations at tables & assist bar in running drinks to tables for guests when needed & liason with events co-ordinator and guests for wine selections for private functions.
You must be Enthusiastic, People Oriented(no shy people please) and a take initiative type of personality. We like individuals and characters who are eager to learn more & not afraid to ask for help.
Our wine list is award winning(Wine Spectator, 2008 & 2009).
You would also be working regularly with MS John Szabo our wine list.
