Part of historic Leaside, the building was erected in 1895. Studio 203 presents 1700 square feet, with two window-walls (east and north). The studio is divided by two sliding walls for maximum flexibility. Studio 203 has wooden rafters, flexible gallery lighting, a kitchen/reception area, washroom facilities and copious free parking. Rates are as follows:

Weekdays 9-5pm 4 hours $55, 8 hours $90, 12 hr. $120.

Evenings, holidays and weekends: 4 hr. $80, 8 hr. $120 12 hr. $150.
