Photo Expressions offers a free trial engagement photo session prior to booking the wedding photographer.
Here is how it works:
If you enjoy our pictures and decide to book a wedding then the session is free of charge.
If you enjoy our pictures but prefer not to use our service then the session is not free of charge.
If you do not enjoy our pictures then it is also free and you will receive a free DVD with hallmarked pictures
Over the years we developed our own unique style that combines a photojournalistic approach with a candid element to our photography sessions. In addition, our photographer works with an assistant.

Our Prices include post-production work in the digital darkroom. Every digital photograph will be viewed and individually corrected.
We shoot all of our photos in RAW format. We then do a preliminary edit using Canon Digital Photo Professional software. First stage basic operations include: White balance, recomposing, general sharpening/blurring, colour saturation, contrast, brightness, lens aberration correction and noise reduction.
In second stage we do more advanced editing and retouching in Adobe Photoshop. This includes: Converting to JPEG(allowing for smaller and more manageable files), adjusting levels and curves, removing skin imperfections and unnecessary objects from background, adding objects by cloning, adjusting perspective and skewing, sharpening/blurring and color saturating or desaturating of hand selected parts, adding layers and more.
As an option, we can set up a photo studio on location to take Chromakey pictures allowing us to digitally replace backgrounds. In addition, we use digital filters to obtain special artistic effects, like neon glow, charcoal, chrome, poster edges and much more. We convert selected pictures to B&W or sepia.
Quality photography equipment is vital for quality photography images. We use only professional photo equipment.
All this equipment allows high performance in any light conditions, which is extremely important for wedding photography:
Canon 40D w/28/135 lens and standard 1.8 50mm
Sony a700, SLR(back up camera)
The system of two speed lights w/diffusers on bracket and battery package.
Two 600 w/s strobe lights w/umbrellas or light boxes and barn door w/filters. Strobs are synchronized with camera with wireless triggering system.
Chromakey set up: blue/green backgrounds, FX software, 1200 digital backgrounds.
Set of reflectors
Both lighting systems are independent and in case of any failure lighting can instantly be switched from one to another.
