Must be fluent in Mandarin

8+ years experience working in the institutional markets area of the financial services industry. Expertise in financial services industry terminology and dealing with financial services professionals.
8+ years experience in managing the development and delivery of training or educational programs.
Experience in public speaking, managing groups, and managing expectations.
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude who is comfortable working in roles that may be outside the defined scope of a position.
Must have effective time management skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and be able prioritize with high attention to detail.
Passion for education and strong interest in teaching financial services knowledge to others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to display initiative, motivate and influence others to achieve a vision.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
University Degree. MBA, CFA, and other finance designations will be considered strong assets.
Familiarity with Chinese business culture and practices an asset but not required.
