Hello
The Molotov Rag is now accepting contributions for the Winter issue. scheduled to launch at the end of January. We will be accepting contributions until Friday, November 20, 2009. Please send pitches.
This Winter’s theme will be: Learning From Our Mistakes: or, How To Avoid Fucking Up As Badly As We Did. Write to us with the foibles, faults, and faux pas you and your activist organizations have committed. What went wrong with your failed campaigns, abandoned collectives, avoidable arrests, or actions which turned unfavourably violent? How could things have gone differently? Whether humorous and embarrassing anecdotes or real life learned-the-hard-way lessons, we want to hear about them, so as to avoid repeating those mistakes already made for us.
As always, The Molotov Rag publishes all forms of printable expression, whether writing, photography, or illustration. We accept articles and essays, poetry and short fiction, memoirs, interviews, comics, photo-journalism, how-to guides, and anything else you can think of appropriate to our theme.
The Molotov Rag is made possible with the help of our community. We rely on the contributions of our fellow activists for the content found in every issue of our magazine, and we strongly encourage new, unpublished talent to contribute.
