I have a huge apartment available for rent either December 1st or January 1st (or whatever works for you!). It is the entire main floor of a big house. The house is just off St. Clair West, so within a block there is a McDonalds, Tim Hortons, 7-11, etc. as well as banks and a public library. This apartment is extremely TTC convenient, the 24 hour bus stops literally in front of the door!
The price is $1300 and all utilities are included in that price.
There is a large bedroom with 2 double-doored closets in it as well as a smaller bedroom (could always be used to an office or something else). There is a HUGE kitchen, complete with a full oven/stove and appliances. There is also a front sitting room/living room, a large front porch complete with wicker furniture, a backyard area, and a large bathroom.
The house is bright, clean, and sunny, and has tons of cupboard space, closets, shelving, etc. And all the neighbours around you are fantastic!!
