Introduction:
I have started the journey of my life in Kuwait, and then moved to Sudan then I end it in Canada. During this period I have lived through the democratic, Royal Kingdom, Parliamentary and Religious system. I had found that all those systems are impaired and powerless to achieve justice, freedom, welfare and safety society. As a result of this I have figured out- with God's help- a modern government system namely: "Pluralistic Regime" which aims to achieve justice, freedom, welfare and safety system to all.
Definition:
Pluralistic system of governing is the rule which allows the application of all laws in a number of controversial trials and geographic locations, and according to their natural and moral convictions affiliations of the people. Pluralistic Regime has more justice, freedom and flexibility, although it was more expensive and complex.
Explanation of the Pluralistic Regime:
In pluralistic system, everyone is free to choose of the approved law to govern his personal issues, while people who are disable to choose the positive law which will be applied
The requirement to pass the law is to be fair in general, logical in its entirety in the detailed and also comprehensive thematic and viable while applying.
If the parties of any case have to face controversial issues while holding the same law identity, they will be tried with the same law of identity. But if they are different in identity, then the law of the victims will be applicable in this case, if the cause is different from the offenders and the victims laws
But if there isn't any victims or there is difficult to identify them, or the victims have a different legal identification, then the two parties will agree on the applicable law or agree on intermediate law in the common court. This common court will be consisting of a group of judges belongs to one of the parties' law, or to any other law. If the number of the judge is two, then the majority law will be applicable or by draw if the opinion is equal.
Group Leadership
Group leadership is made up of three or more people at the top of the administrative structure, preferably odd numbered, taking a majority or decision by draw or in the case of equal opinions.
Pluralistic system uses a type of leadership in order to issue of all judicial decisions, and to manage of the judiciary, military and political authority. Because this, decisions of the group leadership are the finest and best decisions of even or odd number leadership. .
Scientific Democracy
Scientific democracy is the democracy that requires the availability of certain scientific standards in the candidate and the voter, rather than age, for example: scientific degree and passing a test of intelligence. Scientific Democracy does not allow the vote unless persons are qualified to run for the office.
Pluralistic Regime uses the scientific democracy, to choose the leadership of the judiciary, military and political authority.

(Made up of elected judge or more, each equally from specialized court
to control the legislative issues)

(Made up of elected judge or more, from Specialized Court

(Consisting of elected members, each representing one of geographical constituency, which is determined according to the census and elected directly. Voters are eligible to vote in accordance to the terms of the scientific democracy.)

(Directly elected by the voters who are qualified to vote in the country,
in accordance with the terms of the scientific democracy)
Federal & State Ministers
Appointed by the Parliament from qualified persons who had applied for these vacancies.

Include the commander or more from each country equally, directly elected by the qualified voters to vote in each country, in accordance with the terms of scientific democracy.

Conclusion
The Pluralistic Regime leads to the desired justice and freedom, while the human welfare and safety are achieved by providing residential land for all people, providing constructed area for the disabled and prisoner. In addition to providing salaries for unemployed. In addition to a free service for justice, health care, education, energy, water, transportation and means of communications for all. And finally forming Global Army representing a percentage to the population of each Country.

The union representatives claim that 100% of their membership supports the strike and is being taken care of; why then did one driver attempt suicide shortly after Christmas Day, lethally depressed over his difficulties in keeping a roof over his family's head without a paycheck? Union members have yet to comment on the incident, or even extend their sympathies and well-wishes to their fellow driver; instead, they crow on their message board about being a "family" and standing behind their "captains".

-Contact your regional councilors and tell them that you do not support binding arbitration, and that they are doing the right thing by refusing to give in to union demands and bullying tactics.
