Social Media & Campaign Management
• Build social media strategies, programs and campaigns designed to deliver superior content, achieve greater customer engagement and drive conversion and revenue through Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Foursquare, Google+, Community, Yelp, etc.

Elements include: website, banners, email, e-newsletter, podcasts, and webinars via email, web, wireless and other digital marketing channels.
Reporting and Analytics
• Drive online advertising sales and digital/social marketing programs, optimizing revenue, spending and ROI across regions and campaigns, and continually tuning for maximum quality.
• Measure and analyze campaign performance by establishing appropriate tracking and optimization during campaign in-market period and development of post campaign analysis, and provide ongoing recommendations to improve future campaigns and make product changes.
• Use analytics tools such as PostRank, Google Analytics, and OneSite to track website performance, engagement levels, social media activity and provide reporting on a routine basis.
• Make use of SEO best practices including keyword usage, anchor text, inbound linking building to improve page ranking, increase natural search results, and drive traffic to revenue-generating landing pages (e.g. The Petango Store, PetCare, 24PetWatch, etc.)
• Managing work back schedules, budgets, and cost reconciliations
• Keep abreast and report on an ongoing basis surrounding industry trends and competitive landscape
Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on digital marketing, preferably gained in agency side roles
• Strong command of branding and marketing fundamentals, as well as experience in building campaign strategies
• Comprehensive knowledge of social media, SEO practices and web analytics
• Project coordination experience and strong analytical skills are required
• Experience in alcohol/brewers, gaming, directory listing, or telecommunications industries would be a strong asset
• Post secondary degree, and/or equivalent work experience
