Full Time IT Specialist - Pega

Our Mississauga based client is currently seeking an IT Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience with Pega. This is a FULL TIME opportunity to join one of Canada's leading financial organizations. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a number of large development projects end-to-end.

Qualifications:
- minimum 3 years experience working on Pega projects
- strong leadership and excellent people skills
- excellent communication skills with the ability to translate highly technical concepts to business users
- solid decision making and problem solving skills
- proven track record with distributed application development and integration experience
- experienced in the use of SDLC and PMLC methodologies
- experience with Pega Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) tool is an asset
- experience with the use of Pega Frameworks would be an asset
- experience integrating Pega with Content Mangement systems is an asset
