• Marketing Program Execution: Plan and execute Marketing programs through Disti on a quarterly basis. Ongoing follow up with Disti marketing contacts to monitor sales and program execution. Attend floor walks to emphasize and drive awareness of marketing programs with Distribution reps.

Create marketing materials on demand, usually within short time lines utilizing the on-site agency. Contributing to the marketing deck and presenting programs to the team on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities
• Plan, develop and execute social media initiatives on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other social media channels based on organizational strategy and goals
• Assist the Online Marketing Manager with online, email, and mobile marketing initiatives
• Partner with team members and agency partners to develop, maintain, and execute social media calendar and posting schedule, including planned messaging and real-time conversation
• Communicate key themes and messages that match company mission, marketing programs, product launches, campaigns, etc.
• Work across departments to ensure proper messaging is being executed online and is relevant to organizational goals
• Support and protect globally recognized brand by establishing consistency and ensuring that positive messaging is maintained across multiple channels
• Conduct daily listening and monitoring, identifying common themes and collecting valuable customer insights
• Responsible for flagging potential negative issues, alerting key stakeholders and/or developing an action plan or response as appropriate
• Develop, implement and manage innovative ideas/promotions to drive greater relevance, engagement, and grow external communities
• Put in place a benchmarking and analytics program to measure the effectiveness of our social media program and key initiatives, as well as Weight Watchers sentiment and consumer perceptions
• Develop a set of best practices and manage recommended rules of engagement

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years social media or digital marketing experience
• Demonstrated ability of implementing social strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives

OPPORTUNITY
BeneFACT is currently recruiting for a Manager -- Marketing & PR for our Mississauga head office. In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the strategic marketing direction of a growing firm.
TASKS
• Write articles and news releases for company website, blogs and partners
• Write responses to press inquiries
• Establish relationship with press and media partners to promote BeneFACT brand
• Organize industry events and trade shows including occasionally conducting speaking engagements
• Identify partner, sponsorship and advertising opportunities
• Maintaining company's Twitter feed
• Maintaining LinkedIn corporate profiles
• Become an active member of the SR&ED community including commenting on LinkedIn groups
• Request quotations from various vendors for print and promotional items including making recommendations and business cases
• Other projects support sales and operations as assigned by CEO and Director -- IT & Operations
REQUIREMENTS
• Post secondary education in Marketing, Communications or Business
• 5+ years of experience in marketing role in corporate environment
• Experience with vendor negotiation and management
• Superior written and verbal communication skills are essential
• Strong understanding of internet trends, new media and online marketing
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Self starter with passion to sell new ideas and implement strategies
COMPENSATION
BeneFACT offers a highly competitive salary and compensation package. Compensation is directly commensurate with experience, qualifications and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Help drive improvements in reporting through collaboration with key business users
• Add new features to dashboards
• Perform changes to internal tools, managing sandbox servers and collecting change requests for automation
• Pull queries and convert results into a workable format to quickly, visibly show the data insight
• Create PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder consumption
• Create ad hoc reports for to help drive effectiveness of Marketing Campaigns
• Produce advanced or complex List Generation Data Files
• Providing an aggregate analysis of campaign performance periodically proposing improvements and strategies
• Identify and recommend areas of operational improvement with regard to data by connecting with different stakeholders and identifying new data sources and different ways to retrieve data
• Consolidate data from disparate sources to provide actionable insights
• Operate with a close team, offering knowledge sharing and innovation
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must have 2-4 years demonstrated experience in an analytics role
• Expert SSIS skill level, must be able to build , troubleshoot and design ETL processes
• Expert level of SQL skills and experience working with marketing data
• Advanced level of Excel skills
• Must be able to run queries in MDX
• Relevant university degree or equivalent in a technical or business/technical blend field
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Solid understanding of direct marketing concepts, campaign targeting and design, offer optimization across multiple channels
• Experience in Marketing or related discipline, direct marketing campaign experience an asset
• Excellent troubleshooting / relationship management / collaboration skills
• Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Ability to analyze multiple complex problems, linking concepts and rational process to produce a clear and understandable solution

Key Aspects and Responsibilities of the role include:
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns including traditional and online channels while ensuring objectives and results are achieved
Assist with online marketing such as email campaigns, SEM, SEO and online banner campaigns
Coordinate product content -- including proof reading and gathering product information for websites, press releases, tech sheets, brochures and retailer catalogues
Manage POP inventory and Retailer requests
Develop marketing communications for internal sales teams, and local/national media
