Job Requirements:
- Manage existing customer base within designated territory
- Identify, engage and develop new clients through the promotion of Great Exposures products and services
- Provide quotes and consulting on marketing solutions to customers
- Focus on sales
- Instruct and guide clients through the use of our proprietary recruitment software
- Manage marketing projects from start to finish
- Builds upon existing campaigns or new proposals with sales and marketing expertise
*** Once trained on our website and recruitment tools, you will be given a selection of school-accounts that will allow you to jump in quickly. You will nurture these accounts while building up your own new roster of schools. As well, you will earn commission over your generous base salary
Skills:
- Strong track record in sales (3-5 years experience)
- Experience in building client relations
- Internet and computer savvy with an understanding of online marketing
- Detailed and conscientious
- Ability to work well with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to identify and follow up on marketing generated leads
Not Required but Preferred:
- A background in College/University recruitment and/or software sales is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
As a Sales Professional, your primary responsibility will be to sell our hardware and software solutions to named accounts within your assignment.
Your job duties will include prospecting for new business and upgrading existing customer hardware.
You will be required to achieve your quota by consistently performing the required daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
You will also be responsible for completing customer needs analysis, identifying pressure points for all accounts as well as doing proposals,
product demonstrations and presentations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this job will have a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field
2 or more years of business-to-business outside sales experience preferred

Becomes integrated in the strategic/discovery planning process with the core team to help direct its outcomes
Partners with Account Services Lead, insight planners and Creative Lead to offer both the work and the client more robust customer insight - online and offline
Functions as the portal for Digital strategy, working closely with the research team to gather and discern learning's, gleaned from different research methodologies, track competitors, keep abreast of the literature, and enrich the knowledge base for strategy and insight development
Creates and designs new methodologies to further explore underlying customer motivations as it relates to integrated interactive brand communications
Identifies and analyzes technology trends, both inside the category and in society at large that brands can take advantage of
Participates in key strategic process
Set up and sell the agency point-of-view and recommendations, especially from the customer need and receptivity angles
