Duties:
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate nutritional status of new and existing members, and provide nutrition counselling and consulting when needed
• Recommend personal training when it is needed
• Provide nutrition and diet recommendations based on the clients needs (health, lifestyle, fitness or weight loss goals, medical conditions)
• Create meal plans for clients
• Provide clients with practical skills such as measuring portion sizes, reading nutrition labels, and keeping a food journal
• Track and monitor the client progress, and make adjustments when required.
• Perform regular re-evaluations, and continuously set new goals.
• Renew and retain clients on an on- going basis
Key Functional Skills Required:
• Exceptional level of nutrition, fitness and sales knowledge required
• Must be adaptable and open to new knowledge
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be familiar with Windows software, including Excel.
• Excellent written skills. This candidate must have the ability to work within the company system of presentations and communication.
