Preferably based in Durham Region but willing to travel for the right project/band.

I have experience in several bands spanning different genres of music, so I'm well-versed in (and still learning) different styles and techniques. I have also recorded an album with my previous band. I currently play with bands Edo & The Best and Thunderfunk, both based in Toronto. Basically, I'm looking to get some side gigs to keep busy musically - whether it's for a studio gig, a live gig, or whatever you may need. I'm not looking to join a band permanently as I'm okay with being in two bands right now; just looking for extra gigs as a sideman.

I also teach bass guitar for beginners and intermediates. I offer lessons - pay-as-you-go or bundles - at very reasonable rates. Contact me if you'd like to start learning bass or know someone who wants to start learning!

We are a Hardcore/Metalcore band from Pickering and we are in search of a second guitarist (a good singing voice would be a BEAUTIFUL bonus, but is not required). We are currently recording our debut EP and are looking to play many shows and tour once it's released so we are looking for someone who is dedicated and also has the following;

1. Has good guitar skill (obviously haha) and preferably has live/possibly tour experience
2. Preferably between 17- 22, but a bit over or under is not a big deal (we are all between 18-20).
3. Has good gear or is willing to upgrade in the really near future (ex. Guitar, stack, pedals etc, no Line 6 combos and squiers please)
4. Lives close to the Pickering/Scarborough/Durham area or is willing to drive out for practice, and is able to get to practice 2-3 times a week, being able to drive is a big bonus
5. Is able to pitch their share of anything needed for the band financially
6. Willing to tour
7. Good attitude and friendly, we're really easy going guys and don't want drama, egos and nonsense getting involved with our band

Drummers. Please leave the ego at home. If playing a solid beat in 4/4 time is beneath you then this is not the gig for you. We don't offer a lot in the way of dynamics. We're about intensity and solidity. Stamina is the biggest key in all this. We're not interested in your flashy little fills unless you can keep perfect time for songs up to 200 bpm. We're not fascist dictators. We're just looking for drummers with the mindset of Marky Ramone, Paul Cook, King Coffey, and Charlie Watts.

Guitar players. Power chord bonanza. You must be able to play impeccable rhythm guitar player. It's also a bonus if you have FX pedals or a board. It's also and even bigger bonus if you can do chant style back ups. YOU ALSO MUST HAVE ONE BADASS PICKSLIDE!!
