Hi I'm in my mid 20's, been living in Whitby for a few months, moved from the east coast. Been playing the guitar (electric and acoustic) on and off for 13 years. I've written a few lyrics, riffs and songs and want to take what I have to a new level. Most of what I write is acoustic but can easily be transitioned to electric. I sing a little bit, with a little help I think my voice could be pretty decent, but I don't care if I became a back up vocalist. I'd like to start a band, drummer, bassist, 2 guitarist and possibly a vocalist. I don't mind just starting off jamming and seeing what happens from there. I mainly like rock and alternative music, but like pretty much anything but country.

Some of the stuff i play and or listen to, 3 doors down, Goo Goo dolls, matchbox 20, Dave Matthews band, Jack Johnson, collective soul, our lady peace, silverchair, linkin park, rage against the machine, radiohead, zepplin, journey.( a perfect circle, nine inch nails, Matthew Good band, Daft punk, Velvet revolver, ccr, Pink floydd, Chilli peppers, ACDC, Metallica, alice in chains, auidoslave, sound garden, alter bridge, jet black stare, sixx am, barenaked ladies, coheed and cambria, coldplay, dire straits, foo fighters, nirvana, incubus, guns and roses, oasis, pod, pearl jam, saliva, smashing pumpkins)etc
